Studies show Online Counseling Services to be as beneficial as traditional, in-person therapy services for most people! The convenience of receiving services from any location in the state of Iowa (or Colorado) reduces time and expense of travel, ease of scheduling services, and offers you the ability to receive services from the comfort of you own home. Therapeutic techniques applied in office are also available online (including EMDR!). Most insurances cover cost of online therapy services.
